The Asian Research Centre for Migration, based in the Institute of Asian Studies in Chulalongkorn University in collaboration with the ILO, IOM and the Stockholm Environment Institute hosted the annual conference to celebrate International Migrants Day on 16 December 2022.
In this event, S2SR shared recent research conducted in collaboration with key stakeholders on labour migration into the fishing and seafood processing sectors in South East Asia and provided practical recommendations for expanding the opportunities for migrants to obtain decent work.
