The ILO supported the Migrant Worker Resource Centre in Ha Tinh to organize two job fairs in Ky Anh district on 20 May and in Ha Thinh City on 23 May. A total of 407 jobseekers attended the two events, which offered job opportunities with over 82 private sector companies.
During the job fairs, pre-employment interviews were conducted for 117 job applicants to help match them with appropriate jobs. The majority of the return migrants who were interviewed passed the initial screening and were accepted by the companies for further interviews before job placement.
