Ship to Shore Rights SEA gives technical assistance on Draft Draft Decree on the implementation articles in Law 69

Ship to Shore Rights SEA together with other ILO labour migration projects and development partners provided technical inputs to the draft ‘Decree on the implementation of a number of articles in the Law on Contract-Based Overseas Workers (Law 69)’. ILO advocated aligning the draft Decree with international labour standards and best practices, with a focus on fair recruitment practices and zero recruitment fees paid by workers.
