The Human Rights Development Foundation (HRDF) works to help victims of human trafficking and forced labour in judicial procedures. HRDF specializes in seeking remedies for migrant workers and members of their family in Thailand in various sectors, including fisheries. The organization has been working on some labour violation and forced labour cases in the fishing industry, including Thai fishers recruited to work overseas. HRDF is a Technical Advisor to Working Group 5 of the SEA Forum for Fishers.
