Seafood Watch’s searchable database indicates which seafood items are Best Choices or Good Alternatives, and which ones you should Avoid. Seafood Watch seeks to:
1) Raise Awareness;
2) Advance Policy;
3) Education Influencers such as chefs and culinary professionals;
4) Create Partnerships with fishers, farmers, organistions, governments and non-governmental departments.
